OUR TEAM  (in alphabetical order; photos coming soon!)

Angie

Front Office Specialist

I joined Steele Pediatric Dentistry in 2016 as a front office specialist. I’ll be one of the first people to greet you when you walk in, speak to on the phone, and answer your questions about scheduling. My favorite part of my job is seeing all the sweet kiddos come through the door every day. I love listening to all the giggles and funny things they have to say! It really brightens my day!

My job really is the best! I love my coworkers, who seem more like my second family, and Dr. Jaime is truly a blessing to have as a boss. She is one of the most patient and caring people I have ever known.

I have been married to my wonderful husband for nearly three decades. We have three amazing children and a sweet dog named Marley. I love spending time with my family, going to the beach for vacations, and wandering through farmers markets on the weekends.

Cara

Dental Hygienist

I began my dental career in 2008, and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from The Ohio State University. With Steele Pediatric Dentistry since 2014, I provide the gentle hygiene care and education to help children have healthy, happy smiles.

I love helping children get comfortable coming to the dentist. It is so rewarding to be a part of the process when a child goes from being super anxious to excited to see us! I also enjoy building relationships with our patients and families.

My husband Neal and I raise our three children and Bernadoodle named Finley in Fishers. When I am not at work, I am either at travel baseball or cheer competitions. We also spend a lot of time up in Northern Michigan!

Chris

Dental Hygienist

I graduated from IUSD-Dental Hygiene in 1992. I spent 14 years working in general practice, seven years doing mobile dentistry in schools, and the past wonderful dozen years here at Steele Pediatric Dentistry! It’s so much fun to watch children grow and become better brushers and gain trust and confidence in our treatment.

I have been blessed with the best staff. Dr. Steele and our team are not just excellent in their clinical skills, but are wonderful, loving, caring humans in general!

I am married to my high-school sweetie, Jon. I have three wonderful adult children (Logan, Luke, and Lainie), and was recently promoted to Nana, thanks to two of the cutest grandbaby boys! We have two dogs that make every day happier and one cat that tolerates us. My time away from office is best spent with family, outdoors, walking/hiking, shopping, or vacationing, and the best is when all those things coincide together!

Hannah

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Steele Pediatric Dentistry was in my life long before I was an EFDA. I was just a mom bringing her daughter to get her teeth cleaned and treated by Dr. Steele. Little did I know that all of the amazing ladies at this office would have such a profound impact on my life. The team at SPD educated me as a parent and began my love for dentistry. They are now my family and continue to inspire me every day!

My favorite part of working in pediatric dentistry is education and opportunity. You get to educate a child and help them establish lifelong healthy dental habits. You get the opportunity to change a child’s day or even their life by showing unconditional love and compassion. It’s the little things that they will remember.

I have a beautiful blended family full of love! We enjoy all things nature, creatures big and small! We foster for a local dog rescue and love all the puppy kisses. I enjoy being on the lake or in the ocean, hiking, fishing, and being with family.

Judi

Office Manager

My job entails being a jack-of-all-trades. I take care of the day-to-day business operations of the practice, as well as helping with patient care and sterilization, and I am the resident handyman. I feel so lucky to enjoy nearly every aspect of my job. Sometimes I like being alone in my little office concentrating on a project, but the next day I crave the hustle and bustle of helping take care of the kids.

I also absolutely love spending the time with my teammates! We all get along so well, have so much in common, and laugh so much! We love to spend time together outside of the office too. I’d like to say the rest of us are like family, but in reality, we get along better than family!

My husband Terry and I enjoy spending time at car shows, tractor shows, and at home. We have three children and six grandchildren, as well as two Miniature Schnauzers, Bella and Beau, that love to hang around with us.

Julia

Scheduling Coordinator

I am the scheduling coordinator for Steele Pediatric Dentistry, which involves scheduling appointments, answering phones, and confirming insurance. However, the most important part of my job is greeting patients and their families when they walk in the door. I want you and your child to have an exceptional experience, and that all starts with a smile!

I work with some amazing people here at Steele Pediatric Dentistry. They’re not just my teammates — they’re my friends. Not many people can say they love coming to work every day, but I can — and I mean it!

I graduated with a tourism and event management degree from IUPUI and love planning and taking trips to new places! I am married and have a Goldendoodle puppy who keeps us on our toes! I love singing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Julie

Dental Assistant, EFDA

I began my dental career in 1976, having graduated from Indiana University’s dental assistant program. It’s been a pleasure to work at this practice since 2011, where I’ve gotten to know so many children and see them grow up to be healthy, happy young adults. I love working with the children and helping them with their dental health in any way I can.

Dr. Jaime gives excellent care to her patients. She is not only very knowledgeable in her field; she is so kind and caring to both her patients and staff. We are all like family!

I am blessed to be a mother of four wonderful grown children and two fur babies (dogs), as well as grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and volunteering at my church. My other interests include reading, crocheting, and watching the Colts play!

Kelsey

Dental Hygienist

I feel honored and proud to be a part of the Steele Pediatric Dentistry team! My absolute favorite part of my job is to help build dental confidence in apprehensive or fearful children by making them feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe at each dental visit. I also really enjoy educating patients and families on preventive care. Being a busy mom of three girls, I love being able to relate to each family and give them my oral hygiene tips and tricks to help families stay cavity-free through each stage of life.

I absolutely LOVE working with Dr. Jaime and watching her passion ooze out of her as she treats each child based on their own unique and individualized needs. I also am 99% sure that Dr. Jaime is part tooth fairy … so it’s pretty cool to have an “in” with tooth fairy headquarters!

My husband Neil and I enjoy spending as much time as possible with our three girls — Kinsey, Kate, and Vera — and spoiling our Goldendoodle, Mowgli. My husband and I spend most of our time running the kids from one practice to another, letting them eat way too many snacks, and struggling to get them to brush and floss. See, every parent struggles with brushing their child’s teeth, even parents in the dental field!
